KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Management of relevant risks and opportunities (recording, analysing, controlling and monitoring)
- Carrying out daily monitoring of early warning indicators
- Preparation of reporting for the Management Board and Supervisory Board with recommendations for action on earnings and risk management
- Support in analysing and implementing regulatory changes
- Risk inventory and risk analysis, risk quantification for all material risk types
- Implementation of stress tests, validation and further development of risk models
- Ability to multitask and to work on a wide range of demands / projects, from routine tasks to participating in ad hoc or strategic assignments
- Flexibility to assist with other tasks if required
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Completed Bachelor's degree in a business orientated subject is preferable.
- Professional experience in risk controlling at a bank or in bank-focused auditing or consulting firms would be preferred.
- Self motivated and pro active approach to problem solving
- Strong analytical mindset and a high level of attention to detail
- Motivated, flexible and the ability to work in a small team
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Fluent written and spoken English is essential
- Awareness of the regulatory environment
